Guitar

AARON BAIER, a visually impaired resident of Cortland and former baritone horn player, turned to the guitar for a fun hobby over a year ago. Teaching himself the ins and outs of the instrument, he enjoys playing all genres of music but really likes to focus on classical and folk playing styles.

Mr. Baier received an Associate in Arts emphasizing in Liberal Arts and Sciences. He has just completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at SUNY Cortland. As a student, he was inducted into Psi Chi, the National Honor Society for Psychology majors.

At present, Mr. Baier can be found working at Access to Independence as their Peer Mentoring Specialist. He landed the job a year ago before completing his degree and has been highly enjoying his job since.

When he is not working or playing music, he loves playing with his guide dog among his many other hobbies.
